Design Master is a Canadian company established in 2008 by Sherry Hamrah.

Sherry’s passion and ambition for interior design were brought to light when she redesigned her unfinished basement which is when she knew this was what she was meant to pursue and led to her starting her company. 

Sherry’s artistic abilities and talents were recognizable from when she was just a young girl. She was content as long as she had paper and pencil with her for her to draw whatever her heart designed. While in University, working towards achieving her degree, she didn’t put her artistic skills to rest, rather she used them towards teaching young kids all types of artistic skills. 

Her first interior design project was renovating the family home. The senior architect who managed the second and only other unit in this 2 story apartment project was so impressed by her vision and creativity that he simply adopted the same plan.

This success laid the foundation for her future projects. While working part-time in the same field, she completed her home staging and interior design courses with the Interior design College of Ottawa in 2008. 

By 2016, she owned and managed her very own interior design studio with 100s of unique home staging inventory. 

Sherry expanded her business by partnering with successful project manager Zara Bagheri. Zara added great value through her experience and business connections. Soon after, as the volume of projects grew, the team utilized the expertise of its own in-house graphic designer, Parham Biglar.
